Directly on the oceanfront beach in Nantucket's Sheep Pond area, "Seas The Day" offers a rare opportunity to experience the simplicity and charm of old Nantucket. This classic, single-story beach cottage features a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, a full bathroom, full foundation and an outdoor shower. A newly installed wraparound deck on three sides creates the perfect setting to relax, take in the ocean air, and enjoy some of the island's most spectacular sunsets from this coveted west-facing location. Here, life is uncomplicated-barefoot days, sandy floors, and evenings spent watching the sun sink into the Atlantic. The property has undergone extensive restoration and improvements, including a fully restored interior, new flooring throughout, updated kitchen appliances, electrical upgrades, plumbing repairs, and a new bathroom vanity. Additional enhancements include window restoration, interior and exterior wood repairs, a new wraparound deck, a staircase to the beach, restored landscaping, an improved parking area, and the restoration of the outdoor shower and storage areas. A truly special oceanfront retreat, "Seas The Day" captures the essence of Nantucket's beach cottage lifestyle to the fullest.
