Manalone Estate

Historic Italian Villa sited on 9.5 acres on one of the most desirable roads in Sudbury. The house and gardens were designed and developed over 40 years from 1901 to 1940 by Joseph Everett Chandler (1863-1945) for his use and appropriately named Manalone. Chandler is credited with being one of the founders of the historic preservation movement in New England.
