Pearl House Farm offers all the best of Vermont. Located in Grand Isle on a beautiful protected bay on Lake Champlain, it consists of a renovated and expanded 1830 vintage Greek Revival farmhouse, 5 usable barns, fields, fenced pastures, gardens, woodlands with a 300 tap sugarbush, miles of trails, and over 1,200 feet of shoreline all on 87 acres.

• The 4,360 sq ft main residence features 4 bedrooms including a private master suite, 3 baths, a chef’s eat-in kitchen with 2 walk-in pantries and stainless appliances, formal dining and living rooms, family room with a Hearthstone woodstove, music room, sunroom, and two offices. Lake views can be enjoyed from almost every room.
• An extensive renovation in the main house occurred in 2007 with a new family room, all new mechanicals, upgraded kitchen and baths, and numerous walk-in closets.
