PANORAMIC LAKE NOKOMIS VIEWS FROM YOUR LOG HOME! Waterfront land of this caliber is increasingly hard to find, and this remarkable peninsula setting is truly something special. With approximately 252 feet of prime, sandy, level shoreline and water wrapping around the property, you'll experience sweeping big-water views, spectacular sunsets and an incredible connection to the lake. Best of all, the home sits remarkably close to the shoreline-a coveted feature rarely found today. Step onto the wraparound deck and it feels as though you could reach out and touch the water! The full-log home makes a commanding Northwoods statement with split-face river rock masonry accenting the exposed lower level and chimney. Inside, warm wood character continues beneath a tongue-and-groove cathedral ceiling with dramatic exposed cross-ties. The main level features the Living, Dining and Kitchen areas, Primary Bedroom with walk-in closet, and a full bath. A Sun Room opens to another deck tucked between the home and oversized 2+ car garage-a wonderful spot to relax outdoors. The exposed lower level adds a spacious Family Room for movie and game nights, 2 additional Bedrooms, full Bathroom, Storage Room, and Laundry/Mechanical area. Outside is where this property becomes unforgettable. Stroll your own peninsula shoreline, launch from your private boat landing, relax on the sandy beach, or simply find your favorite spot to watch the sun sink over the open water. Fluctuating water levels simply reveal more sandy shoreline to enjoy. This is more than a log home on Lake Nokomis-it is a rare combination of shoreline, setting, views and proximity to the water that cannot be recreated. Come experience the peninsula and see why this property stands apart!
