A unique Northwoods offering with incredible character, this charming lake property boasts 577 feet of spectacular western-facing frontage on the sparkling, crystal-clear waters of Martha Lake. Martha Lake is a 146 acre no public access lake creating a quiet setting and incredible fishing. Newly surveyed and rich in history, the property features a nostalgic main home with 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, a knotty pine-lined living room with a wood-burning fireplace, galley kitchen, dining room, large entry porch and a full basement. The property was once part of a resort and still offers two vintage 1920s log cabins that are charming as can be but need tender loving care. Completing the package is an oversized 2-car garage with a metal roof and an upper-level bonus space-ideal as a studio or loft-featuring a door to a private deck.
