Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion

OUR POLICY
LandVest, Inc. is committed to fostering, cultivating, and preserving a culture of diversity and inclusion.
Our human capital is the most valuable asset we have. The collective sum of the individual differences, life experiences, knowledge, innovation, self-expression, unique capabilities, and talent that our employees invest in their work represents a significant part of our culture, our reputation, and the company’s achievement.
We embrace and encourage our employees’ differences in age, color, disability, ethnicity, family or marital status, gender identity or expression, language, national origin, physical and mental ability, political affiliation, race, religion, sexual orientation, socio-economic status, veteran status, and other characteristics that make our employees unique.
LandVest, Inc.’s diversity initiatives are applicable—but not limited—to our practices and policies on recruitment and selection; compensation and benefits; professional development and training; promotions; transfers; social and recreational programs; layoffs; terminations; and the ongoing development of a work environment built on gender and diversity equity.

DIVERSITY, EQUITY, and INCLUSION COMMITTEE
LandVest has empowered a committee of employees to create policies, and to monitor, follow up on, and fulfill our objective of diversity and inclusion
DEI COMMITTEE MISSION STATEMENT
LandVest has taken a firm focus on:
Representation. We want our company to represent the communities where we work. We are taking the necessary steps to make our hiring processes as equitable as possible and to increase representation in LandVest roles across all diversity dimensions.
Community. We created the LandVest Diversity Scholarship Award to broaden the number of traditionally underrepresented groups in natural resources management careers. The hope is that the qualified candidates can participate in an internship and, ultimately, will join LandVest.
Support. We are constantly working towards setting supporting strategies for women, those with disabilities, veterans, LGBTQ+ diversity groups within LandVest
