We worked with Nicole and Hannah to buy an undeveloped lot on the North Shore - not an easy thing to find! They were referred to us because in addition to buying/selling homes, they are also experts in buying/selling land, which most brokers are not. It took us 9 months to find the land that we wanted; Nicole and Hannah were extremely patient and used each property visit to better understand what we were looking for. Unlike other brokers that we have worked with, it always felt like they were working to our agenda, not trying to sell us a property, which was extremely refreshing. We felt like they truly "got" what we were looking for and didn't waste our time looking at opportunities that weren't a good fit. As a team, they worked extremely well together and with us. They identified other resources to help us (e.g. legal, appraisal, etc.) and provided valuable insight at every step of the process. They educated us so that we were smarter buyers.
We were looking for a team who knew the market extremely well, who put our interests first, who had the highest levels of integrity, who were connected and had trusted relationships with other brokers in the area and whom we enjoyed working with. Hannah and Nicole exceeded our expectations in every regard.

Having closed on the sale of my house last week, settled into my new spot, and finally coming up for air - I want to take a minute to sing the praises as loudly as I can for both Betsy Lawrence and the Landvest Team. Betsy, acting as both my agent AND the facilitator for the buyers, was able to execute & communicate everything flawlessly, on time, and with an exceptionally positive attitude. While maybe not the most complicated real estate transaction, this sale involved a pretty long lead time between agreement and closing, furniture transfer, and more that made it a more difficult to navigate than it seemed like at the outset. All that on top of what can best be described as a 'tepid' real estate climate. Endless thanks to Betsy and the strong support team she has behind her at Landvest!
