Brian was able to get us our dream home without us feeling like we paid over budget and we even got more for our price than we were expecting with his help. He did such a great job to get our house that we decided to use him again to sell our current home that we were going to move out of to live in out dream home. He was able to get an offer above asking the same weekend of our first open house!! It was incredible. The sale of our home went very easily and smoothly and we did not feel much pressure of stress thanks to Brian and all he was able to do. Brian is fantastic!

Wade Weathers is an extraordinary realtor and wonderful individual. My husband and I have bought and sold eight houses in various states, engaging many realtors. Wade has been far and away the most helpful, productive, and easy to work with. He is honest, open, responsive and seems to work on one’s behalf 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In Vermont, we have worked with Wade to both buy and sell houses. His knowledge of Vermont properties and value, as well as town information, is remarkable. We would not work with anyone else in Vermont.

We have known Wade Weathers and his wonderful wife for many years. In 2004 Wade helped us purchase an exceptional historic property on Lake Champlain. In the years following he provided thoughtful ongoing advice and counsel (pro bono, of course) as we undertook a comprehensive renovation. When it came time to sell the property in 2016, Wade provided his usual expert professional services. Wade's knowledge of Vermont, the Lake, the market, are exhaustive. He is a consummate diplomat, unfailingly good humored, has a light touch, but is firm when appropriate. His partner Averill Cook is also a real pro and a pleasure to work with. 10 stars!

I would like to thank you for all the help and professional consideration that you were able to provide my friends in their endeavor to sell their home in Brandon, VT. As you probably know, the husband is not well, and all of this had fallen on the wife's shoulders. Without you and the resources that you were able to provide, I don’t know how we could have gotten this done. We all loved that home and had many fond memories of it, so the decision to sell was not made easily. However, once that was done, we were blessed to have found you. Again, we may never meet personally, but know that you did a great job and we all thank you.

“Cindy knew what we wanted before we did! We thought we wanted wooded acreage with a stream and she hiked us all over the woods and brambles. Then she said ‘let me show you something’ and she walked us up a long open field , telling us not to turn around and look till we got to the top.
