My husband and I purchased a beautiful condo with Elise's help. Not only did she make it fast and easy, she also made it fun and educational. She knows a ton about her locale, and comes in with the brightest of relevant details to really make a location come alive for a buyer. We were looking for a property on Martha's Vineyard for over 5 years and worked with numerous agents and were ready to give up until we met Elise. I can not begin to say what a breath of fresh air and ray of sunshine she is. She actually listened to our desires and really worked hard on negotiating for us. She is a deal maker! From the moment we spoke to Matt Smith about our interest in the house till the moment we closed on it, Matt was available for calls, emails, and in-person visits.
