Lanse Robb was attentive to my needs as a seller & especially attentive to my property's complexities. He was always available to communicate & answer questions. We were selling a horse property and Lanse is not a horseman himself, so I wonder if a more networked horse person might perhaps have connected to the grapevine of horse people moving in and out of the area.
