Just to catch you up - the house sale closed yesterday. I want to thank you for all your expertise and help in the negotiations. It certainly had its ups and downs but in the end, it all worked out. You were a pleasure to work with and I really appreciate all you did to watch out for my interests. I see what an asset you are to Landvest - they are lucky to have you represent them.
We have moved and are settling into a very quiet life.
