Simply the best real estate agent we have ever dealt with. My wife and I have bought and sold over 20 properties. Our property had a pond, tennis court, horse barn, guest house , main house and 100+acres. Story presented it comprehensively in writing and pictures. Excellent follow-through on negotiations and closing.

Our experience with Dia made the emotional task of selling our Vermont property less painful. Her calm, even and focused attitude meant that she never said, “you must get rid of that.” She made suggestions, all of which were rational and pragmatic. We had a contract on our house in ten days, and the worst part was having to empty it of our possessions, etc. She knew how to filter potential buyers and when to tell us of any activity. She advised us how to get the 1832 farmhouse up to code in CO2 and smoke detectors. Everything was done in a timely manner and there were no delays. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I cannot say enough about how Dia handled the sale of my property. It was an emotional decision for me to sell it and Dia was so thoughtful, kind and respectful to me during the entire process. She truly listened to me. I had previously listed with another agent who was not able to generate much traffic or close the deal. The property was very unique and Dia and her team were the only ones to truly capture the amazing views and feel of the property. Dia told me that she anticipated getting multiple offers and above list price. She delivered just a couple of days after listing it on her website and helped me find the right buyers for the property. I would highly recommend working with Dia and her team. We relocated from Boston to Stowe, and we needed to find a home quickly. Meg was a phenomenal resource. We did not know the area, neighborhoods etc, so she helped us understand the landscape, as well as provided us insight into what option we felt would be both the best home as well as the best investment for us. We are thrilled with the choice we made, and it is finally starting to feel as though we are establishing our roots, after having been in Boston for 13 years. Apart from Meg's expertise, she is prompt, professional, friendly and funny. We had a fantastic experience working with Meg, and would recommend her to any buyer/seller without hesitation!

Meg is awesome every step of the way. She takes the time to understand what you are looking for in your home and caters her approach to your needs.Her knowledge of the Stowe market place and her many contacts make for a smooth process from beginning to end. She was amazing managing the Covid restrictions and very amenable to FaceTime showings as we were 3 hours away and properties were moving quickly. Post sale she has continued to be as responsive and helpful when we have had questions. HIGHLY recommend Meg and don't believe you can do better in the Stowe market.
