We completely enjoyed finding and buying a home with Stanley. She has a great sense of humor and is incredibly communicative, straightforward, and sharp. She understands the emotional ups and downs of such complicated transactions and kept us calm and steady. Stanley knows the area very well and could immediately guide us on best neighborhoods, streets, and more. Stanley was wonderful and we would recommend her. She was attentive, came by the house with muffins etc. and provided help about how to get rid of stuff, sell good things, came by the day of our yard sale. Very supportive. Even helped us move.

I recently had the pleasure of working with J. Stanley Edwards, a Real Estate Professional from Landvest, to purchase a home in Leominster, MA. She prefers to go by "Stanley."
Her dedication, energy, and patience were invaluable throughout the process. My wife and I were moving from California to Massachusetts and needed to find a home quickly, as our previous house had already sold. The challenges we faced were significant:
• Building a list of potential homes from online listings (in spreadsheet form).
• Navigating my wife’s fatigue from work and ongoing chemotherapy treatments.
• Being unfamiliar with the area.
• Working within a limited budget and tight timeline.
• Staying within a 50-minute drive of the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
• Home inventory was still short
Thankfully, there were some positives to help us along the way. My sister lived nearby and was able to drive me to home viewings and provide a place to stay during the research phase. She basically covered my logistic short falls.
To address the challenges, we narrowed our search to homes along the I-495 corridor—close enough to Boston yet within a manageable distance—and increased our $budget while refining our criteria. Stanley also kept the process moving smoothly, even with the added complexity of a three-hour time zone difference.
During negotiations and after purchase, Stanley was an incredible resource, offering thoughtful recommendations, guiding us through the process, and connecting us with other professionals, such as attorneys and home inspectors. She really helped to address the MANY issues we encountered during the title transfer process which were many.
I am deeply grateful for Stanley's expertise and support, and I highly recommend her to anyone navigating the home-buying process in Massachusetts.

I’ve bought and sold too many primary and vacation homes over the years, so I’ve learned a lot when it comes to hiring real estate professionals to broker my purchases and sales.
