Working with Amy was a fantastic experience! She was responsive, thoughtful, a good listener, compassionate, and very knowledgable and professional. She helped me with all facets of selling my condo (she even suggested colors to paint my pre-sale condo!) and buying a new condo over a period of about 7 months. Amy was particularly impressive during some of the more challenging times of setting an asking price, negotiating with buyers, putting together offers, and negotiating with sellers. She would offer her opinions, backed up with data and experience, while being very respectful of my intuitions. She was also very supportive and understanding during some difficult moments, such as on the occasion our offer wasn't accepted or when a condo that I had my heart set on didn't meet inspection. When it comes to the bottom line, Amy helped me to get a well-over-asking offer for my condo and on the buying side, a very well-priced pre-market opportunity. In sum, I very much enjoyed working with Amy during both the selling an buying processes and I couldn't recommend her more!

I was so fortunate to have Amy by my side as I went through the process of getting my condo on the market. She was amazingly well prepared when it came to pricing, and kept a close eye on the fast-moving market of similar properties in the area to make sure we stayed on track. In the face of an extremely tight schedule to get the place ready for showing, she took all of my objectives into account and delivered an offer to me that was all I was hoping for. Amy and I looked at quite a few condos before I was ready to make the decision to make an offer on the right one. She also went to open houses that I was unable to attend to get the first look at a property.
