Prepare a full disclosure document detailing the properties attributes:
- GIS drawing on color infrared aerial illustrating vegetation, natural features (topo, wetlands, water features, etc.), man-made features (houses, access, and internal roads, hatchery, lean-tos, etc.), regulatory features (critical environmental areas, river corridors, etc.)
- Forestry mapping of stand types and stocking, 480a (Forest Tax Law) management plan and tax implications, Forest Overview and Timber Report, sugarbush assessment and production analysis, etc.
- Existing Structure Analysis: inventory existing structures and prepare a conditions report.
- Conservation Easement. Prepare summary and implications for future land use and development.
- Adirondack Park Agency regulations and existing permit implications.
Prepare Operations Expense Report. Analysis of hatchery and overall property management costs (and income)
Prepare compelling marketing materials (photography including aerials, video, brochure, etc) and place ads in appropriate channels and publications.

- Successfully attracted multiple bids and successfully sold the property above the asking price.
