Matt Smith and LandVest were nothing short of excellent to work with regarding the sale of a home in the Adirondacks. There were a number of complexities with the property, and in many cases we were not present to deal with them. However, Matt made many visits to the property and handled everything for us. I can say that Matt went well beyond what might be expected of any realtor, and took a personal interest in us as clients, and the project overall. I would wholeheartedly recommend him and LandVest. We were more than satisfied with the entire process of selling our summer cottage in Keene Valley, which had been in our family since about 1880. We were introduced to Matt Smith by our son Alex, when we began thinking about the sale. Throughout the process, Matt was gentle, helpful, and encouraging. We never felt pressured or hustled. In the end, the house was sold at about the amount we had expected, to the first family to see it. Furthermore, once the sale was completed, he helped us get the house cleaned and acted as a helpful contact with the buying family. We are thankful for his help, and would recommend him to anyone wishing to buy or sell in the area.
