We were selling a horse property and Lanse is not a horseman himself, so I wonder if a more networked horse person might perhaps have connected to the grapevine of horse people moving in and out of the area. Lanse Robb was attentive to my needs as a seller & especially attentive to my property's complexities. He was always available to communicate & answer questions. Lanse had a contract on my property within 3 weeks of listing it after a previous listing of 6 months with few showings & little interest during the prime Summer selling season on the North Shore. The North Shore's pre-eminent agent, highly recommended. A class act in every respect.
