It is an absolute pleasure for us to have had the opportunity to work with Jane. Having previously been involved with a number or real estate agents in both selling and purchasing a home during the past year, we were especially impressed by Jane's exceptional attention to detail, and in her ability to coordinate and manage the timely resolution of outstanding issues. She is a significant reason that we are very happy in a recently constructed home.

Thanks to Jim and Jane, what could have been a stressful experience turned into a seamless and successful venture. In a challenging and competitive market, they managed to not only sell my place within an astonishingly short span of three days but also secured a top price that exceeded my expectations. Their attention to detail, market insights, and exceptional communication skills put us at ease throughout the entire process. What sets them apart is not just their business acumen, but their genuine care for their clients.

We had the good fortune of working with Jane twice to buy and sell our home in Kennebunkport. Jane and team are easy to work with. Jane is a keen listener and communicator who inspires trust. We appreciated her leadership, organization and knowledge, especially as Canadians selling our home in the States. She is highly competent and also made the process enjoyable.

Jane was terrific to work with. Our situation was complex, with many moving parts. Jane found ways to deal with the difficult issues, one by one. She is pleasant and personable, which made working with her pleasant. When I started out trying to sell our cottage myself, many realtors called me, hoping to get involved. I am glad Jane was recommended to me, and that I contacted her.
I want to add that if it weren’t for our neighbors on Fortunes Rocks Road, other clients of Jane’s, who on more than one occasion told me to contact her. Both walked over to our cottage…in part to tell me about the quality of Jane’s work… If any advantage can go to them for their strong recommendation for Jane, I would be very pleased with that.

We couldn’t be happier with the seamless execution of the purchase of our home by Jim and Jane. The team at Christie’s Landvest were completely professional and provided constant guidance at every step of the way. Jim’s unique expertise and contacts paid dividends in assessing the reach of our farm property and he went above and beyond to help try and correct a challenging mortgage appraisal for a difficult to assess and very unique property. As demand continues to surge for properties in Southern NH, you will find no better guide to buy a home with than Jim, Jane, and Amanda at Landvest. Thanks again!
