Our experience with Dia made the emotional task of selling our Vermont property less painful. Her calm, even and focused attitude meant that she never said, “you must get rid of that.” She made suggestions, all of which were rational and pragmatic. We had a contract on our house in ten days, and the worst part was having to empty it of our possessions, etc. She knew how to filter potential buyers and when to tell us of any activity. She advised us how to get the 1832 farmhouse up to code in CO2 and smoke detectors. Everything was done in a timely manner and there were no delays. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I cannot say enough about how Dia handled the sale of my property. It was an emotional decision for me to sell it and Dia was so thoughtful, kind and respectful to me during the entire process. She truly listened to me. I had previously listed with another agent who was not able to generate much traffic or close the deal. The property was very unique and Dia and her team were the only ones to truly capture the amazing views and feel of the property. Dia told me that she anticipated getting multiple offers and above list price.
