We would not hesitate to work with Brian again. Brian and his team provided expert advice in pricing and staging our home prior to sale - and brought in a “for asking” offer with a week and a half. Brian is easy to work with; he’s a great communicator and strategist. Best of all, when the packing and craziness related to our new house was threatening to consume our lives, Brian stepped in and helped manage inspections, paperwork and miscellany - allowing us to focus on what needed out immediate attention at the time.

Brian was able to get us our dream home without us feeling like we paid over budget and we even got more for our price than we were expecting with his help. He did such a great job to get our house that we decided to use him again to sell our current home that we were going to move out of to live in out dream home. He was able to get an offer above asking the same weekend of our first open house!! It was incredible. The sale of our home went very easily and smoothly and we did not feel much pressure of stress thanks to Brian and all he was able to do. Brian is fantastic!
