I thoroughly enjoyed working with Sophie! She was knowledgeable, efficient, and extremely congenial. She kept me updated on progress, or no progress, on the sale of my condo. I had many questions and Sophie always had a very comprehendible and wise response. As my condo had been on the market for a few months, I was ready to either lower the price or rent it out. Sophie advised me that it might be prudent to wait a bit longer and sure enough, the condo sold shortly thereafter and for the asking price. I think Sophie went above and beyond in helping me manage my transition to a much smaller unit. She made a diagram of the new apartment and worked with me to decide what furniture would fit and what I would need to donate or give away. She also referred me to an extremely helpful moving service. I would have had a very difficult time packing and arranging for a mover on my own. Even after the move, Sophie checked in with me to make sure all had gone smoothly and let me know that I could contact her anytime if I had any questions. I could not have asked to work with a more competent and friendly realtor, and I would highly recommend her to anyone contemplating a sale or move.
