My Father moved in to live with us in MI and needed to sell his home in MA. It was a complicated sale that involved Title 5 septic inspections, smoke detector upgrades, and utility transfers. Keith and Cody handled all of the details while we were half the country away with expediency and professional diligence. When the house was presented on the market the listing was so nicely done that the house showed 9 times in the first two days on the market and went into a biddding war. We sold the house for significantly more than we were seeking. keith and Cody handled all of the details and we are very happy with them.
