We used Betsy as our agent for a short timeline deal. The property was listed on a Thursday, and we knew we wanted to see and bid on the listing. We immediately called Betsy who although heading off on vacation the next day was able to get us a viewing, appointment only, on Sunday. Driving back to CT that day and speaking with her in Ireland we were able to put together our offer so we could make a bid that night with all bids due on Monday. Having closed on the sale of my house last week, settled into my new spot, and finally coming up for air - I want to take a minute to sing the praises as loudly as I can for both Betsy Lawrence and the Landvest Team. Betsy, acting as both my agent AND the facilitator for the buyers, was able to execute & communicate everything flawlessly, on time, and with an exceptionally positive attitude. While maybe not the most complicated real estate transaction, this sale involved a pretty long lead time between agreement and closing, furniture transfer, and more that made it a more difficult to navigate than it seemed like at the outset.
