I was so fortunate to have Amy by my side as I went through the process of getting my condo on the market. She was amazingly well prepared when it came to pricing, and kept a close eye on the fast-moving market of similar properties in the area to make sure we stayed on track. In the face of an extremely tight schedule to get the place ready for showing, she took all of my objectives into account and delivered an offer to me that was all I was hoping for. Along the way, she provided me with a huge amount of logistical support (she has an amazing network!). As I got my place ready for sale on an extremely accelerated schedule, she helped me prioritize and really dug in on making sure that every aspect of my property was presented in a way that ensured a successful transaction in every respect. Amy and I looked at quite a few condos before I was ready to make the decision to make an offer on the right one. She also went to open houses that I was unable to attend to get the first look at a property. Amy went above and beyond in preparing our condo for listing and then following the transaction through from beginning to end. Even though I am high maintenance, she was very patient and accommodating. We moved out of state before the home was listed so Amy handled extra tasks and details on our behalf. She consulted us often and kept us informed every step of the way. We were very pleased with the speed of the sale and extremely satisfied with the final result. Amy was terrific!

Amy was wonderful to work with. Although we took our time in finding a house, she never forgot about us. She was always looking for exactly what we wanted.
